20.09.2023 - 10:27They don’t do cacio e pepe table-side anymore, even though it’s still on their website and printed menus that we were given when we sat down. They also forgot to bring us our appetizer. We drove over a half hour to celebrate our engagement here and it was huge letdown.

18.02.2023 - 04:13Ich fand es dort sehr schön. Das Ambiente war sehr ansprechend und die Getränke und das Eis haben auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Pesonal war auch schnell und freundlich.

13.01.2023 - 16:56It was a strange experience to say at least. I've been in this restaurant for over 10 years. the personal seemed really inexperienced and it was hard to know who was responsible? we got water right away, but it took a while until a drink was ordered. we ordered starters with our drinks and they were interested as soon as possible for our Entrée order. that would be understandable if we were the only party in the restaurant, but we were not there two more tables. when we got our escapes, we had to follow several times for the naan and it probably took 15 minutes to get it. there were several servers/employees in the dining room, but we had another person each. while the other two parties were paid and left, another two seperate groups arrived and sat. the strangest part was when a server with a wireless credit card machine came to the table, which gave up and asked us to pay! we were not even offered dessert or had another postcode! we paid the postcode and paid. then they told us (about 9:15 o'clock) that they had to clean the table because the restaurant was closed. And by cleaning the table I mean that they have taken everything, including bed linen. And five minutes later, a table came in by two and sat? In summary, it was a strange service experience. keep their expectations low. if the management reads this, they must make a better training of their personal. they have enough people they only need to work on customer service!

26.11.2022 - 02:06We were very happy with the food. Two of us had flatbread pizzas and one the pasta with marinara sauce. We had been to Seasons several years ago and were not impressed so this was a welcome surprise. The one detractor was that the acoustics are terrible (or maybe too good! There were not a lot of diners but the music, plus the conversation of the few other diners, made it uncomfortably loud. (Maybe a rug or curtains is the answer. We really enjoyed looking at the old map of Avon from 1855 and the other artifacts in the hotel.
