It is a very nice restaurant with a interestingly different menu, specialising in tartares. The ribolitta (Tuscan vegetable soup was really excellent (and very welcome on a cold day! which we followed with classic tartare, chosen from the list of about a dozen tartares. It was very fresh, and I felt very tasty. However we felt it needed more green salad (ideally a small green side salad and my wife welt hers was too salty, hence the 4* rather that 5* rating. We did not see the wine list as someone else chose, but the Tuscan wine we were drinking was very good. Service was excellent.
