Weiterlesen Excellent little caffe. incredibly friendly staff, such a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. we sat with our tee and coffee, all in beautiful porcellan, on the sofas before the glowing fire while we waited to be prepared for our sandwiches. the menu is very limited, but we go back to their amazing steamed sandwiches. we agree that we had the best sandwich! can not evaluate the place high enough, although I am trying to give a bad rating, just to keep the hoards away from this hidden little gem.

Bottom line: cozy space in a beautiful setting, very welcoming people and delicious food... What else can one ask for? What a gem of a place! You get a cozy fee... You get a cozy feeling as soon as you pull into the driveway, and the wooden interior, lovely views and fireplace are just so welcoming. Both the other guests at the table, as well as the hostess were very friendly and hospitable. The food was quite amazing as well, I had the deef and cheese hot sandwich (the onion roll was just so soft and delicious), and the banana loaf was very good as well. It's pay what you choose kind of arrangement, which is very fair. We would definitely come back!

I always feel for the team, as I have experienced several times, that customers are very rude to them without being original. they always treat it so well and on professional wise. would not be chosen elsewhere on the road.

Seasonal coffee oat milk latte with a cheese and tomato toastie was the perfect warmer before a day out birdwatching at the local reserves. Music enough to create atmosphere without being too loud. I had to chuckle at the artwork behind the table I chose; how appropriate for this seaside town it is.
