Weiterlesen Miramar is our go-to French bistro near us in Deerfield. The service is always good the most time. This last time was simply ok service because of a large table near us that seemed to take our servers time, and he had no backup. Food is always good. This time we had some oysters to start, a Lyonnaise salad, and my wife had the roast chicken and I had the skate meat. The skate was only cooked, but still good. Her Lyonnaise salad is one of her most consistent dishes. The egg yolk is runny, and the dressing to Lardon/Crouton ratio was good. I discovered a slight disadvantage in her bar. No full-sized ice cubes, only 1 type of sweet wormwood, and not many opportunities for cocktails. The wine card has a beautiful variety and seemingly fair prices. We will continue to visit this facility:

Expect that it is packed, a bit loud, and have a little wait, but it will be worth it. The servers are friendly and offer their fauns from the menu. Cocktails here are amazing. Especially recommend the Oaxacan Cafe. We had to start the roasted carrots and they were perfection. Creamy, nutty, toasty and tasty. The fresh dill was a beautiful pop. I had the scallops for my head and my oh mine. The flavors were unexpected compared to scallops I had in the past, but they paired them with a charcoal and parsnips. Dessert is a must for us, so we ordered the Toasted Marshmallow, although we were filled. It's dying. hazelnut, roasted marshmallow, crispy Graham cookies and a smooth chocolate bed underneath. My Fave! We look forward to a great experience and enjoy the restaurant Week 2023!

Dieses kam ohne wirklich nennenswerte Wartezeit und schmeckte wie man es will. (Die Currywurst dort ist sehr zu empfehlen :d) Wir kommen gerne wieder.
