I went today (Sunday 01/26, 9:20 p.m. and politely asked for a table for one (the restaurant was empty at that time, only one table . was occupied and had probably already eaten . They told me yes, and as I sit down at a table the dark-skinned man comes and tells me the kitchen is closed. i.e. he waited for me to sit down first before telling me? He didn't even apologize but when I left and said hello they didn't even say goodbye when I greeted them. Today I saw this man and a woman with blonde hair who based on their outfit I saw was probably in the kitchen works.and another time on Saturday evening when I understand that he can't eat 1 person if all are reserved for groups, but you can politely tell the customer. and not saying a straight no by interrupting me while I was still asking. The “Ebi Tempura” prawns were really a joke, they were prawns again and not Ebi tempura. It wasn't the driver's fault at that point, his shift only started there, but it's just not possible for us to wait 2 hours for sushi. When we canceled it, nothing was refunded, it was delivered and we had to pay in cash. So that long for a 15 minute route? I don't understand. I'm really disappointed, we don't order there anymore. “Sake sashimi” means sashimi salmon, why do we always get a bowl instead??? It's a shame a refund would be the least.
