Weiterlesen My wife and I always wanted to go to this restaurant, we chose to go last Friday 20/12....with high expectations, but the experience was not good, when we arrived at the place there was no one to welcome us and recommend where we could sit, when we were served, the attendants simply didn't know how to explain what the rotation included, 2 attendants passed by until the third was able to explain it to us, we chose the Premium rotation, chose our drinks and waited, it took almost 15 minutes until we received the entrance with tortillas and sauces, and the guacamole tasted very different from what I've had in other restaurants. After more than 20 minutes of waiting again, an attendant came to our table to ask if we were in the Premium rotation, after we confirmed, she brought us a Mexican pizza, After several attempts to call the servers to receive more food we decided to leave, my wife explained our dissatisfaction to the manager who quickly understood and we left frustrated because we had high expectations with this restaurant, unfortunately our experience was not good.
