Weiterlesen Such a shame that the owner is so rude here because the food is decent and not a ton of places like this around. I have gone here 5 times hoping each time she would be nicer or I would’ve had a better experience. There was a few workers that have been nicer at the front there but the owner is never friendly. Today was my last time there. I was asking questions to make a low sugar order and her son was working the counter. He didn’t know much so the owner said she would come up and help after I was standing there a few minutes looking for help. Yet she didn’t help me when she came up didn’t even look at me. Basically just pointed to one place on a menu and then didn’t take my order. Her friend came in and instead of now helping me she let her friend cut me and helped him instead. So I walked out. I’m on my lunch hour was there for 20 min with no help trying to order something. I’ve worked in New City for 20 years and word travels fast in this town. People all over have been saying how rude you are even at other restaurants maybe you should do something about your attitude problem. Doesn’t matter how healthy or good your food is if your rude to every person who enters your business.
