We had lunch in this place on a very cloudy Sunday, but the atmosphere was pleasantly warm. As the owner explained to us, the structure is new, but the interior was entirely built and furnished with old wood obtained from decadent structures or taken from mountain stables. The result is a beautiful glimpse of the very faithful reconstruction of an early 20th century style mountain environment, with many objects in common use in that period. The cuisine, centered on the meat-based menu, uses products raised and grown in the valley. For meat lovers you cannot miss the opportunity to taste these very pleasant dishes. The fixed menu includes 6 courses. The owner and staff are very kind and very knowledgeable, both in terms of the presentation of the dishes and the well-stocked cellar of typical Piedmontese wines. Excellent value for money.
