Oeuf de noix de coco avec un jaune d'oeuf cuit qui nage dans un blanc de crème liquide et pas de goût de camembert, un poisson trop cuit peu assaisonné avec un traîneau de purée de carotte qui se baigne dans l'eau de coco. La purée était de très bons dégâts ! Le carré de porc était bon, mais la sauce était fade et les petites légumineuses auraient pu être pivotées dans le beurre Le soufflet doit être brûlé à la table. Très bons produits mais recettes inachevées.
