Weiterlesen I have been to this location about 10 times now. The drive thru is a bit slow at times, but the service is usually friendly and accurate. The food quality and freshness is pretty good, though I have had a few times where the crinkle cut fries tasted asif they had sat out for awhile. *Note this review is compared to the average fast food restaurant in the area*

Went there from out of town on 7/28 , was told the dining area was closed a whole 40 mins before closing time and only after i placed my order qnd spent 73 doll... When I confronted it , he said it's because they already cleaned and than with no sorryin his tone said fine go ahead and sit. I told them no thank you and there was no remorse or apology. it was the first meal stopof our trip and it really didn't feel right that we had to carry out our food and didn't get to eat it fresh. I felt like theypre judged that we will make a mess because I had kids. they had employees eating in their dining area outside food and they hadthe audacity to ask the paying customer to take their food to go. NEVER AGAIN.

When I contacted him to bring it to the address that was actually printed on the order he at first agreedbut had not shown up half an hour later. After calling the manager he agreed to cancel and resend the order. Finally an hourafter the failed delivery (and well over an hour after the original order) the original driver shows up with my original coldpizzas. So far so good but the last straw was the manager calling to accuse me of making a mistake on my order (this was easilyverified as the driver?s error) and demanding repayment. That?s a lot more work than a delivery pizza is worth. Shop elsewhere.

They are consistently out of their menu items, delivery times are hit or miss (anywhere from 40mins to 3hrs), you can never get ahold of them to address anything about your order, and when you do theystraight up lie to you when you call out errors in your order (when asked why I was never called about an item that they wereout of stock on to see if I wanted to replace it with something else so I could actually FEED EVERYONE AT MY HOUSEHOLD, they liesaying Customer Service tried to call like everyone in this day and age doesn't have their own call history/call log on theircell phones). Pizza Hut has been my go-to for fast and easy pizza, and as an Active Duty Military family, we've had our share ofgood and bad experiences with them across the country... But this one here in Churchland in the Suffolk, VA area is by far theWORST I've ever had an experience with. I wish they weren't my delivering Pizza Hut, but they are the only option I have in thislocation. You are better off picking up (and if you do order at all, go out of your way to go to another one, and don't go tothis store. Don't give them your business).
