We have spent a lot of money here over the year whether it's eatting in or dinning out. Today we decided to order online through their website because everyone is doing that nowadays. During order we tried to enter our koki rewards and I wouldn't take our info. Tried a bunch of times still wouldn't work. I said no big deal, once I get there I'll give them my info and they can add like EVERY OTHER TIME we ate at the restaurant. We got there to pick up our order and I was told no you can't not add the rewards to your account, you have to do that online. I explained what happened and same thing. Online only we can't help you....sorry. Super frustrating. The rewards aren't that much but it's something since we are spending above average for sushi. I feel like Taro would be so upset to hear his customers being treated like this. My order wasn't ready yet so I waited. From a distance, I could see the person that was rude to me joking and laughing with a bunch of people in the pick up area. Just seemed so unprofessional. Like it was a high school hang out.
