Wir waren hier zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen und können das Restaurant nur empfehlen. Reservierung ist notwendig sinnvoll da wg. der aktuellen Situation (Corona) weniger Tische zur Verfügung stehen.

Weiterlesen It's easy to get sick of German food while in Germany. And except for Turkish, it's hard to find anything else that's decent, especially in smaller towns and cities. Lübeck is a beautiful little city, with lots to do around the area, but it's not...easy to find decent food at reasonable prices. We discovered Ristorante Italia only after a couple days (it was near our hotel, in old the city center, on a beautiful little street near the river), but ate there every day for the next three days. It was me, my wife, and my 13 year old son. Everything we had was excellent. Great seafood antipasti, great italian-style pizza, great pasta. And the prices were better than any other sit-down place in town. It's a quaint little place run by the actual owner, so the service isn't perfect. But that sort of adds to the charm. Honestly, it's even better than anyplace I've been in Chicago's Italian Neighborhoods (which is where I work).

I understand that christmas is a busy time and I think they have booked their reservations twice or three times. we sat within 5 minutes and ordered our food and drink. I got our food and drinks right away (I think they had done everything for the amount) we finished our food and we tried to finish our beer when a worker came to our table and asked us to finish our drink in the lobby because of the amount. I have understood the necessity for the table as so many people wait (from the door, the stairs up and in the road). I think we were there maybe 30 minutes. I know christmas is a busy season, but don't give us an additional 5-10 minutes to make our drinks art made, the experience seems hastily to finish.

Weiterlesen Came about a few weeks ago for the first time and again today, at both locations was warmly welcomed. in the upper floor there is a beautiful, bright and airy sitting corner with waiter service. excellent selection of fillings for sandwiches, including toasties, salads and drinks. was the first customer in the upper floor at both locations at the beginning of the lunch break and soon filled, the service was fast and accommodating, although very busy. at the first visit of the coffee machine was not ball, this was explained to everyone before they order. so not in the position to have a hot chocolate, but today did and can recommend. this little gem will definitely be a regular place to eat and can recommend to everyone

Weiterlesen Das Essen im Kontor war wirklich köstlich und die Einrichtung des Restaurants sehr ansprechend, aber... Ich habe ewig gewartet, bis ich mir das Menü selbst holen musste. Ich hätte mir wirklich einen Aperitif gewünscht, bis mein Mann ankommt, doch vom Servicepersonal kam keine Aufmerksamkeit. Mein Vorspeise wurde alleine serviert, während die meines Mannes vom Servicepersonal offensichtlich vergessen wurde. Nachdem wir das beim Personal angesprochen hatten, kam seine Vorspeise zum Glück recht schnell nach, obwohl der Hauptgang wohl schon fertig war. Bestellt hatten wir marinierter Fenchel mit Lachs, serviert wurde jedoch nur Lachs auf Feldsalat. Auf Nachfrage erklärte die Kellnerin, der Fenchel sei in der Soße gewesen, später gab die Küche zu, den Fenchel vermutlich vergessen zu haben. Der Hauptgang war lecker, doch das Gericht meines Mannes war bestenfalls lauwarm. Eine Entschuldigung für diese Panne gab es nicht, und als Ausgleich hätte man wenigstens zwei kostenlose Getränke anbieten können. Das Servicepersonal wirkte insgesamt zu nachlässig angesichts der vielen Fehler. Schade, eigentlich ein schönes Restaurant... für die restlichen Abende haben wir woanders gegessen.

Prices are very reasonable for city centre! Staff are amazing! So polite and attentive. Food tastes amazing!! Cannot recommend this place enough!!
