Weiterlesen My mom and I were looking for a restaurant that had their favorite dish, so we knocked out some places and found Dantes. What a beautiful place. The service was great and the food was excellent. She had the Veal Parmigiano and I had the lunch part of Primavera and it was just enough. It's worth an hour drive and we'll definitely go back.

At around 7:05, we received a call from DiNapoli asking if it was okay that the delivery would be about 15 minutes late. We were impressed with how courteous they were to call and when the pizza arrived, it was warm and tasted fresh. Ordered a large sausage, mushroom, and onion pizza whole family loved the sauce and crust. Thanks for a great experience!

Weiterlesen My wife and I decided to take advantage of this LOCALFLAVOR.COM coupon offered in their booklet that comes in the mail. Participating restaurants offer a $30 coupon for $15. One of the restaurants listed was “Craft On 9”. We were beyond disappointed. The evening started with 2 terrible cocktails that we understood later, were made by the chef because the bartender didn’t show up. Later we were told the manager also didn’t show up because he was sick as was one of the waitresses. The menu entree list is very small, 9 entrees. Because my wife didn’t see anything that appealed to her, she ordered a simple burger. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich. We also each ordered 2 salads which were good. The burger was cold, served on a stale bun and was so salty, my wife couldn’t eat it. The fries were overcooked and hard as a rock. My pulled pork was ok nothing to write home about and also served on a stale bun. Our waitress was very nice and very apologetic because with ½ the staff not there, the service was excruciatingly slow. Our bill was over $80 before tip not what you would say is a great “bang for your buck” for a burger and a pork sandwich. Luckily we had the coupon. I will tell you also, this place tacks on a “service charge” if you use a credit card. This practice used to be illegal but not any more so I find that many restaurants are now do this. All in all, a very disappointing dining experience. When I think of the many fine restaurants in the Glens Falls Lake George area, there were so many better choices. But that’s the chance you take I guess when you try a new place.
