All the waiters are super friendly, except for Franco, who is unfortunately always annoyed and stressed. This is the second time he has served us, I actually asked for someone else to come to us. The first time he even apologized, saying he was stressed. Yesterday we waited 1.5 hour, we were not allowed to get menus until everyone was there (this was not a wedding and the first thing that is done in a restaurant is to bring the menu, also because people have to know what they pay), after an hour we asked for bread because everyone was hungry, in the meantime two of them left... We were only allowed to get bread when there was food... in the end, after 1.5 hours we ordered may. They claimed that the place was full but all the tables were empty, they should see Tou Bakali....One goes and the other comes, three waiters, delivery...we never had a problem with Mimmo and I hope so that I can see him again soon. Those were the times, never waited, fast, always friendly and the joy that he communicated...in any case, this Franco and Vito, who proved Franco right in the end, are a no go and even if the food was very good is, we will go somewhere else. There are many restaurants, they have probably forgotten what happened during the pandemic. Of course, if we could have ordered, people could have spent more money! Thank God there are places like Alma August, Potlasch, Bistro N. 2 (I bring over 100 people to Bistro every month, there are only two waitresses). We are always welcome there! No more La Ruota!
