Weiterlesen Came here one afternoon to get some food with a friend. When we ordered the lady at the register was very rude to us. Barely spoke to us at all. When we received our food she slammed it on the table. We said thank you and she just walked off with noresponse. Food was very good, we loved the sandwiches we ordered . The customer service was just not good at all.

I left and went to a local donut shop. Better service and breakfastfood. I was really craving Hardees breakfast too.

We had Kyler as a server and he was fantastic! Great personality crazy informed about what was best on the menu and where the best places to go out in town were. He suggested having the Rooster Cogburn pizza. Total hit!! So thanks, Kyler! We would definitely eat and hang out here again!!

The cooks name was an older African American guy, Mr. Willie, I believe and he rocked it! However I went back today, Thursday, 09/15/2022, two days later for the same thing, it's still good but prepared by someone else and I regret to say that the taste is very different. It wasn't even close to being the same, the taste and presentation was way off! BUT IT WAS STILL GOOD JUST NOT BETTER THAN WHAT I HAD TUESDAY!! I have lots of family and friends who eat at Gino's all the time and they wouldn't eat anywhere else and now...I agree!!!

So let's start off by saying the location and building are great. but that didn't help the previous restaurants). Also the menu is very limited... apparently they are still trying to figure out a full menu... my opinion they need to get this menu down before expanding it. Ordered the BBQ nachos while waiting for my client to show up. When they arrived the cheese dip that was drizzled over the chips was cold left sitting to long waiting for pickup. The BBQ on the nachos was mediocre and full of fat and chewy pieces. So for lunch I ordered the catfish plate. This is the only thing that warranted this restaurant in getting the stars it did. The catfish was cooked perfectly and it had a nice breeding. The sides I choose was potato salad and coleslaw. Potato salad was good. Ranch dip based) and the coleslaw was blah... to much mayonnaise and no flavor. Overall food was descent and the service was super slow. Waited 15 mins to pay the bill once the check was dropped off at the table. I hope this place improves or this location will be looking for another tenant.

My sister ordered the Parmesan wings and the lemon pepper wings to take home. They saw and smelled delicious. UPDATE from my sister, THEY ABSOLUTELY WERE Delicious. We have this on our next trip to Gradys.

Anytime we need a burger fix, we will go nowhere else! Next time I want to try the Killer Shrimp and Cheddar Grits...if I can actually pass on getting the burger!
