Weiterlesen We arrived early and intended to get a drink locally but as the rrstaurant was virtually empty were offered a table straight away. We were offered a drink when we first sat down. We didn't realise this was the only time we would be offered a drink or would have ordered a bottle of wine from the outset. We had a waiter ask to take our order whilst one of our number was in the toilets. Only 3 of us so not hard to tell. We then had the starters mixed up, so mine was sent out again when the other 2 had almost finished. Our main came quickly but we waited a long time for dessert. It took 2 hours for us to get and eat all our courses. Which .. when we were ordering from a set menu and in a very quiet restaurant is more than a little surprising. And again, we were not offered another drink. I would suggest that this was a ploy to get us to vacate the table but we sat waiting for 20 mins after our table was cleared and still no sign or offer of a bill. We watched as 2 wait staff studiously ignored every table bar the 2 on our side of the restaurant they were waiting on. When we eventually shouted on waitress down, we got her rolling her eyes and instead of just admitting she did it, she just excused it on it not being her table. It wasn't the wait, but that she felt it was okay to huff and roll her eyes when we asked for the bill. Tbh if she hadn't stopped we were just going to walk out as they were clearly not jnterested. This was 20:30 and the restaurant was just filling up whereas the rest of the evening it wasn't even half full so we cannot excuse it on being rushed. Won't recommend this or any other Zizzi.

I had no call or email informing me anything had changed, so after rushing from the other side of London I wasn’t best pleased!

Das ist absolut unzuverlässig bei mittelmäßiger Qualität!!

Weiterlesen Previous visits have been good but there are signs that the Pizzas have had an economic overhaul. Frugal toppings and to be honest not that tasty. The bread base was good however. Service was also slow but it was a busy night for them. 40 minutes to get a drink, longer for the food. Hopefully this was a one off bad night as Putney has little alternatives for good local Italian.
