My stay at this Aloft location was driven by logistical convenience for the following day's tour at Columbia University for my 16 year old daughter. I can't say... Weiterlesen My stay at this Aloft location was driven by logistical convenience for the following day's tour at Columbia University for my 16 year old daughter. I can't say enough how accommodating and friendly the staff was. From water refills, to upgraded room, late check out, extra room keys (that my 11 year old son kept losing despite attempted responsibility opportunity)... the accommodations were clean and comfortable but the people makes this spot 200% unique. Manager Maya and Isis at the front desk could not have made us feel more welcome. Bartender Sequoia was super attentive while mom here enjoyed a glass of wine while the kids did up some card games and pool in the lobby -my son was stoked about the pool table! Overall, we vibed with the energy, atmosphere, and people driving this boutique! Unreservedly recommend!

This is maybe the 3rd time and I’m not the type of person to complain about my food but please teach the new staff how to toast a bagel, I didn’t ask for a burnt bagel! Weiterlesen My wife and I were shopping in Honesdale today and had heard of your new place for dinner, so we decided to try it. We were not disappointed. The white bean soup was hearty and delicious. My wife had the pastor and I had the pastrami melt. The sandwiches were plentiful and delicious. This can be our new lunch in Honesdale.

The Mahi Reuben was from this world, with a thick, delicate, moist piece of fish. The flounder breast had a thick fillet cooked exactly right and a delicious, slightly spicy sauce. Both came with Pommes and Cole Slav. The service was excellent. What a find! We often come back!

We get the food, but we want to go, so we asked the lady who, by the way, is always to help us pack the food. Again, she gives us an attitude and takes forever. Finally, we want to pay and live, but if we see our check, overload it and add a tip to it. I paid, after that we get our food, but at the time my friend lifts the bag, everything fell, she didn't really close the lid. I can't believe this place has only 3.5 stars. I think the people in the NJ area have a little pampered and perhaps dissatisfied by the Italians.
