Weiterlesen TLDR: Bad service, good food but not worth the price. I came here a few months ago without a Groupon and had a great time. We came here on a Saturday afternoon with a Groupon and a reservation for two. We were greeted immediately and seated right away. After 10 minutes, the manager (I 'm assuming as he was not wearing a uniform) came over and took our orders. The empty table beside us was sat after us and received their teas before us. The manager then noticed that we still had not received our teas and came back over to ask us what we had ordered again. He clearly forgot because I overheard the conversation between him and the servers asking who took our orders. We were in the restaurant for 40 minutes before out teas came. I only know because I paid for parking through my phone and it showed me a countdown of how much time I had left on the metre. I initially paid for 1.5 hours of parking assuming we would be in the restaurant for less. I ended up having to top up to 2.5 hours. The food and tea were amazing but service could use some work. When we asked for the bill, the male server that brought it to us was rude. He was explaining the tax and gratuity to us which was no problem, but the female server came up behind him and said to him oh we are doing it differently now. They choose their own gratuity. The male server shook it off and said no it 's okay. Thinking my guest and I did not hear it and proceeded to charge us 15% gratuity. It also did not make sense why there was tax included on top of the Groupon. Overall, it was a bad experience. If it were not for the food, I would have given this Restaurant 1 star out of 5. Was it worth the money? Definitely not. We 've had better service at other tea rooms. We will not be returning.

We split a brussel sprout salad which was delicious. We then split an arugula and pancetta pizza that we added some mushrooms to as well. We liked the atmosphere, the artwork, the whole vibe of the place. It has concrete floors, the restaurant was full, and the noise level was loud. That's the only negative we experienced. We will definitely visit O&T again.
