First time, service was slow around lunch time but the food was good. 2nd time, the service was extremely slow, and they came screwing people’s orders up. I waited 15 minutes in line (was the 3rd customer in line when I got there) just for the line to move up 1 person. I walked out because I already grew impatient, and I haven’t even ordered. The staff was rude to the people that had ordered. 3rd visit, I went through the drive thru trying to order mash potatoes and gravy. I have a sore throat, so I went KFC against my better judgement. Nobody was in the drive-thru line. I had to tell the lady my order 3 times, and she got an attitude. She told me it was my fought the order was wrong because I didn’t speak up. The lady was so disrespectful. I NEVER want to go back to that KFC. Service is awful.
