When I went to pick them up, and waited 30 minutes, they were out of the valentines donuts I ordered for my 8 yr olds class party. Manager shrugged his shoulders said “busy day”. Just wanted people to know that pre-ordering does not guarantee you will get what you order. Very disappointed!

Food and service were both good. Unfortunately the floors were filthy. Littered with napkins, food and garbage. Especially by the entrance to the kitchen. I hop... Always busy but the staff is nice and friendly when helping you. I would recommend ordering online or mobile because the drive thru is always so busy.
