I was very hungry when I visited this location. I went to Thea tiny house festival. I was with my two brothers, my bro?s girlfriend and another couple. The beer... The beer and food at the Alameda Fairground was expensive so I waited. I was not about to spend$15-18 dollars for one beer. Thankfully this restaurant was open and a short drive away. I had the Sticky Chicken and wafflefries. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious.

This location has THE WORST customer service. The employee 's don 't acknowledge you when you walk in. They all seem to have an attitude(including management).... The guy flew off the handle ANGRY and said TVs are for everybody TVs are for everybody if you don't like it you can leavego you can leave !!! He totally did not understand a word I was saying (English barrier) So my husband and I left. This guy isrude as heck .. .... Man all we were asking for was to sit out on the patio. Good to see his true colors though so we don't comeback anymore.

Dining room smells like cleaning solution and dirty laundry. Even the bonsai pond has murky dirty water.The fake tree hasn?t been dusted in clearly 20 years. I had a roll that tasted of expired fish (spicy tuna) Tasted old so Isent It back. The waiter had the audacity to tell us since we ate a few pieces they still have to charge us half of the $14roll. Like what is even the debate? You are serving old fish. I didn?t like it. So take it off the tab!! It?s unacceptable. Iworked in restaurant/hospitality so I can speak from experience. Staff is rude and ignored me when I left And very unapologeticfor serving expired food. In conclusion : Restaurant is filthy. No pride in quality. Fish is frozen and very fishy.

They have a bunch of good deals, so it's a tradeoff between good pizza or good prices where sometimes price wins. Yesterday was thelast time ever. When I order pizza I always add instructions to please bake it extra well done in the hopes I'll get a crispcrust. Yesterday this meant the pizza was even less cooked than normal. At about 4:30pm I was heading home and ordered it to bedelivered at 5:30pm so it would get there at about the same time I would. So what happens? My housemate calls me at 5:09pmbecause the pizza was just dropped off in the carport. It gets to sit around getting cold for 20 minutes before I ever see itbecause Pizza My Dear can't tell time, and in this case also can't understand written English. If I wanted to reheat cold pizzaI would have bought it frozen from the supermarket rather than pay far too much to have it made/delivered. On a side note, theSlice app refuses to take any responsibility for any of it. Pizza My Dear offered a $3 coupon for my next order in compensation.As if I'd ever order anything from them again. All in all they're worse than frozen pizza from Safeway. Save your money and justdo that instead.
