Weiterlesen Gegenüber dem Gasteig gibt es seit 3 Jahren eine ganz besondere Eisdiele namens True 12. Der Name leitet sich von der Mission und der Anzahl der Eissorten ab. Die Vision der Betreiber ist einfach: Sie möchten authentisches, handgemachtes Eis aus frischer Bio-Milch und den besten Zutaten anbieten, aber ohne Pulvermischungen oder künstliche Zusätze. Deshalb gibt es nur 12 Sorten, was für mich völlig ausreichend ist. Und die Vision überzeugt mich auf jeden Fall. Das Eis ist einfach ein Traum! Qualität hat ihren Preis, dieses Jahr kostet eine Kugel 1,60 €. Ich finde, das Eis ist es wert. Das Eis ist ziemlich kompakt und hält viel länger als viele andere, was für mich ein Zeichen dafür ist, dass hier mit wenig Luft gearbeitet wird. Die Entscheidung fällt nie leicht, gestern hatte ich eine Kugel Haselnuss (mit Nüssen aus dem Piemont) und eine Kugel Haidhausen (Lavendel mit Brombeersirup). Wie immer sehr lecker, aber Haidhausen war der Hammer! Wie schön, dass der Sommer erst begonnen hat und ich noch Eis von True 12 genießen kann.

They play loud anime upstairs and the air-conditioning is very strong. Low headroom downstairs! I was given an order slip (like Ramen Nagi) to tick the items I wanted I love their Classic Pancakes! Die Qualität und Frische der rohen Fischssorten ist unglaublich, alles zergeht wie Butter im Mund. Ich hatte ein Menü mit 5 verschieden Gängen und konnte nicht genug bekommen. Es ist wirklich einen Besuch wert für alle die Sushi lieben. Man muss das probiert haben.Einzig störend ist die Einrichtung und die Größe des Lokals. Es ist sehr eng und klein und die Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch. Dafür gibt es einen Punkt Abzug, weil man sich da etwas mehr Mühe geben könnte. Ein Restaurantbesuch ist für mich auch immer ein optisches Erlebnis, so dass neben dem Essen auch die Atmosphäre überzeugen muss. Bei der Preiskategorie kann man ruhig etwas mehr Stil bei der Einrichtung verlangen.
