Visiting the WC can be dangerous if you've had a few drinks due to the extremely steep staircase. It's a little strange to me that a urinal is in a public place, but I guess that's normal in NL.

We found to this restaurant by chance and I am glad we did. The waitress serving us was very friendly and helpful, and had a positive impact on the whole dining... Weiterlesen We found to this restaurant by chance and I am glad we did. The waitress serving us was very friendly and helpful, and had a positive impact on the whole dining experience. She also gave us an amuse of broccoli soup with some fish as a gift before we started ordering. I believe their menu changes per day, so you can always expect a great variety in dishes. The dishes themselves were a real delight. We ordered the gnocchi and fish of the day and both tasted delicious. Hereafter we finished with some dessert in the form of chocolate cheesecake and raspberry clafoutis. Both were a real treat, and the presentation of these desserts was really pleasing to the eye. The location of this restaurant is quite agreeable. It might be because we visited on a Sunday evening, but there was not a lot of crowd walking by, but just enough such that the atmosphere of the street was cosy, which made it very enjoyable to sit outside.
