I was paying for it and I had my ID with me and My friend had in his phone but she refused to sell not just one case but both cases because my friend didn't had the hard copy of ID with him but I had a valid ID with me.

I cannot express deeply enough how poorly this location is run. Both visits I actually left angry! I love Einsteins but this location is an embarrasment.
