Desiree was very rude and loud with me when I politely tried to ask for a refund due to the quality of the food. I had not eaten or touched anything at that point, Iwas denied a refund and told that I didn't know what a quarter white chicken was a breast and wing btw. After asking her tospeak to me like a human and some back and forth I finally received a refund but not without a nasty attitude. I've eater hereregularly since moving to FL in January but I WILL NOT be back after this. I know my 400 dollars a month might not seem like alot to them, but it was loyalty to me and food/brand I enjoyed.

Maybe in the future, they'llhave more helpful team and won't make it a hard process to change something out for a paying customer.

Unfortunately the pizza was really bland. The decor was neither quaintnor original. Service was good. Would not return or recommend. Go grab a wine and some cheese at oxbrow market across the road.

I have gone to so many in Marin and they just weren't hitting the right do-notes. Golden Cream was my last hope! And thankfully they delivered!! The donut is not too fluffy and not too dense...sounding like Goldilocks now. The bite is just right! And the donuts did not have the taste of old oil. I ate 3 donuts in one morning. It was that good. I could probably eat a whole box. I recommend this place over and over!

Unfortunately, there is almost no taste in the Bagels of Golden Bagel. I'm still going every few months because they're the only place to get Bagels in Napa. Today was the worst.
