Weiterlesen Visited here twice last week and loved it both times. great place to visit instead of the eating dishes of central or big c. the attention of the staff was one of the best we had during the stay in Thailand. they couldn't do enough for us. the food was super both paints. very liked the facility with beautiful beach huts. in any case recommend this accommodation and would often have returned if our stay was longer.

Weiterlesen This is the first negative review I have ever given, but this place deserves a score of 0. I have never been confronted with the management that is so rude and incompetent. We stayed for 3 nights and one of the nights they 11 people a 10 bed intestine that caused me to come from NYE eggs to find someone else in my bed (luckily I was 't solo trip, so was able to bunk with a friend for the night). When I talked to the administration about it (the two white men), they denied that it was their fault and when I asked for a refund for the evening, my bed was double booked that this is not how refunds work. Two more girls living in the room came back from one day on the beach to find all their stuff that had left the reception, someone had instructed to delete their beds without warning, as they had given them the wrong room in their 4th night of stay. The reception also accused these girls in the evening that they never had a booking when they returned to find a middle old man in their bed. When these points were raised that we found medieval times in our beds, we were closed with their obvious "age limit" when booking. After talking to the two men who run the management for a second time and the elders of the two are very rude to my friend, we finally got a refund, although they have accused us of the Mishap and it was our fault for a return at 6 a.m. from a night in NYE and it was also a party?! Unsatisfied did not even cut it that we saw that this hostel was advertised on many third party sites as the best budget party hostel in Phuket and I can guarantee that I never give the Bodega brand any more of my money. The hostel guests were very friendly and chatty and shock many had also faced similar problems with us! If you have time to cancel your stay and get your money back, do it.
