Dumped side plates at the end of the table while touching the eating end of the knives and forks...with bare hands. Pork belly was inedible, tasted like it had been reheated in the microwave with uncooked crackling. Sauerkraut was also inedible. Was told that was how they served their pork belly. Staff were unhelpful and unwilling to do more than a discount. Told me I had eaten half the meal when I had mearly tasted everything and was unable to eat any more. The blond male that rang up the bill was rude abrasive and showed a serious lack of any customer service skills. Very disappointed and will never return.

We have been here a few times now with friends and I could not complain at all service and the food are great and such great value for money...What are some people expecting for whatthere paying .it’s always very clean and service is great from both bar staff and food service. As for the clientele if you want somewhere posh don’t go to a country club where it’s real people enjoying lunch.
