I ordered the Parmigiana bowl with cauliflower rice and it is a delight. (They make a crazy, delicious Horchata Margarita) We are considered regulars by the staff now, and we love dining atBlanquitas. If you go there and give it a try, tell Sierra, the manager, that are there because you saw this review. She 'samazing to her patrons.

There are delicious smoothies, and yummy meal options like the grown up grilled cheese sandwich. Try thenaturally sweetened chocolate granola (no sugar added). It 's to die for! Located in historic downtown Logan, the atmosphere isfun happy, and so are the staff. It 's beautifully decorated with bright, cheery colors and lots of natural lighting. It 'slocally owned and operated, and that spirit really shines through. The owners and staff have a passion for what they do,incorporating a menu full of tasty recipes of their own making. Like they just don’t deep clean anymore or wipe down counters ortables. We were there last week, there were at least 8-10 employees behind the counter, not a single clean table and the drinkarea was filthy. I love this pizza, but I’ll forgo for a place that takes as much pride in cleanliness than just good pie. *Itook pics of the dirty areas but they didn’t save for some reason.

For 2 sandwiches and 2 soups. People that were walking in to orderwere all getting their food made before online orders. What is the point of this ?convenient? service if we are stuck waitingand being ignored?. Also no option to cancel the order so we are forced to wait and wasted our night just for some mediocreover priced food. Also, if you read the reviews the owner responds the same copy paste uncaring answer each time, that theywill do more training for the employees.
