Weiterlesen It had been approximately 10 years I hadn 't visited this place since I was in high school. Family members decided to get together for a Christmas reunion, our server was awesome but the food and the prices don 't match. The atmosphere is nice, very Tuscan style with Italian decor, lights are very carefully placed as to create a bohemian atmosphere. In my humble opinion I think the food is way overpriced for what you get. The food was very dry, no salad or soup was included and the drinks are pricey as well. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and it was too dry. Don 't recommend the food and definitely will go back.

While I was waiting in the drive-through at the window for my order to be handed to me, I noticed an employee eating with a spoon from the ice cream machine. She not only ate from the machine she also stuck her dirty spoon on the counter where food is prepared. Her with another employee who was on her cell phone we 're joking around when she again picked up her spoon and proceeded to eat from the ice cream machine once again and scraped it with her filthy spoon that was in her mouth. This disturbed me due to the fact that I had ordered ice cream items. I asked the drive-through worker if my ice cream was prepared before she started eating from the ice cream machine, he simply said hold on and closed the window. As I was watching through the window I can see them all laughing at the fact that I asked that question. They had me waiting over five minutes at the window before somebody approached. Her name was Katrina and she stated that she was the manager. I asked the manager if my items were prepared before her employee started eating from the machine. She simply said hold on let me check the cameras but she failed to realize that I could see exactly where she stood. She did not go check the cameras nor did she even attempt to talk to her employee about what she had done. Her along with the other employees were all laughing at the situation. The manager Katrina emerged once again not even five minutes later and said the employee was simply checking to see if the machine was overheating. I said to the Manager Katrina, so you just allow your employees to eat from the ice cream machine with a filthy spoon that her mouth touched and scraped the machine right after? I told her that 's very unsanitary and that I would let corporate know what was going on in that store. The manager was extremely unprofessional, she closed the window on my face! Katrina should not be a manager at all! She does not know her job because if she did she would 've reprimanded that employee and offered a refund after I said that I would not be eating any of the items I purchased. It seems that they hire these young kids and put them in management positions over other kids and they really don 't know what the heck to do! Corporate needs to go in there and retrain all of their employees on hygiene and sanitation and obviously bring in new management!

Weiterlesen I had planned to visit this place during my business trip to ciudad juárez, my reservation made as I take a customer to dinner, we arrived on time to the reservation and it was my surprise that the restaurant did not have record with the personal in front of my client, and we had to wait until about 40 minutes to be given a table. we finally got a table and once the waiters realized that we didn't want any alcohol, they decided to forget our table and to give more attention to the higher controls. sad. Maybe I shouldn't have waited and argued, I would have been in the mood to spend more time and money in their restaurant.
