Every time I call to make a reservation, nobody is answering and certainly not calling back. And when they do answer, is too late to make a reservation since all tables are already booked. This is not the first time happening. This is happening every single time I call to make a reservation!!! For the prices you have and the kind of services you offer, answering the telephone to clients is quite essential...! I 've been trying for two (2) days to talk to someone from Beba and make a reservation. After two days (including not calling back), finally someone answered the phone. The answer to my request for a table was simply sorry, we don 't have a table . Of course you don 't have! If you were answering the telephone on time (which by the way is connected to a cellphone), I would have a better chance to book a table. The answer from the lady answered the phone was sorry, we don 't have a table at the time you want, only 19.30 21.00 . In few words, come on over, give us your money, but eat fast cause in one and a half hour we need to give the table to someone else so we can make more money. Very customer oriented and customer friendly... NOT! I DON 'T WANT TO EAT AT 19.30. I 've been calling you for two days to make a reservation and if you were picking up the phone, I would have a better chance to get a table outside and eat with my guests at 21:00, not at 19:30!!! Highly not recommended! Overpriced, disappointing customer service, never answering on time for reservations, not flexible with customers ' preferences.
