Weiterlesen We had dinner at this restaurant. The food itself was fine , nothing extraordinary, but definitely not bad. We ordered pasta and lasagna, and both were satisfactory. The service during the meal was ordinary. It wasn’t memorable, but it was acceptable and there were no issues. However, what completely ruined the experience was what happened when it was time to pay. The man handling the payment acted incredibly rude and unprofessional. He pressured us to leave a tip, even after we politely said we didn’t have small notes and did not wish to tip. Instead of accepting that, he raised his voice, saying ,you don’t want ti give Tip?!! changed his facial expressions in a very disrespectful way, and embarrassed us in front of other customers. What’s worse he took money from us and decided on his own how much to keep, taking €10.20 extra without our agreement. This kind of behavior is disgraceful. A tip is something earned, not forced from customers with pressure or guilt. This kind of conduct overshadows everything else. It left us with a very negative impression, and we will absolutely never return or recommend this place. Big shame Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
