Kebab pas assez garni à mon goût, les frites étaient au nombre de 21 dans ma barquette ... et malheureusement pas assez cuite et donc tiède. Seul le coca Cola était de qualité c'est dire si pas grand chose ne vas dans ce kebab. Conseil: ne pas commander par téléphone, vous n'y entendrez rien d'autre qu'une musique de ravagé bercé par les enceintes de ce bouig bouig. Autrement dit, si vous avez faim, allez-y, sinon...

Never got the free bday desert and the list goes on and on. Sent them an email and just got sorry we will try to do better. When I spend this much money I expect to get outstanding service and I get better service at McDonalds. Very disappointed.

Weiterlesen First time in a Copacabana Restaurant. I called the morning of the day when I was planning to visit to make a reservation. Left a detailed voice message with name, phone number (spelled out twice), time and no of people. When I got there they...didn 't have my reservation in the system. I guess phone bookings don 't work anymore. Book online or be ignored. Luckily it was early, right after opening, so I got a table for two without waiting. Had I come 2h later I 'd have to wait to get seated. After my friend arrived our waiter took the drinks order. She never explained how everything works. I had to ask a gentleman at the table next to us: buffet for salads, breads, cold cuts, sides. Meat served at the table. Dinner pricing not posted on the website, nor was it explained before seating. Great selection of sides, nicely prepared. The meat part however left a lot to be desired. First of all, we never got all the meats that are shown on the menu on the website. Then you get what they have on the spit at that time. I like starting my meal with fish/seafood, then move to meats. I kept asking about salmon it 's coming, it 's coming . The gentleman with the salmon spit came more than 30 min after we started eating, A spit with 3 shrimps came around the same time, we split them between two of us, 2nd round came much later. I found the approach of serving steak, prime rib and lamb from a spit inappropriate. These are served medium to medium rare. The spit concept does not allow the server to cut a proper slice as you would on a cutting board, or on your plate: top to bottom so you get the outter surface browned by Malard reaction and all the juicy medium cooked meat inside. The server would shave thinly the crust, then shave again a piece of thin medium meat that your pick with tongs. like stir fry meat than steak. By the time you get to eat it is cold since is so thin and goes thru all this unnecessary handling. Salmon, shrimp, chicken are ok served from the spit as they will just slide off individual pieces. Other than what I said above service was good. I might visit again for fun and diversity but for 55$ I will go get a great steak (or lamb, or seafood) dinner in other places.
