Weiterlesen Cashier is careless in taking the order (I hope she didn’t do it intentionally) as she got both my friend’s and my order wrong. My friend asked for “make it a meal” and ordered the grilled chicken but the cashier took her order at the a la carte price and ordered grilled ribeye (I don’t know how she can mistaken chicken to ribeye), my friend ended up paying $17 for what supposed to be $14. My friend informed the staff to change back to the chicken but the staff didn’t bother to refund the addition $2. For my order I mentioned two to three times it’s a MEAL and the cashier made it right this time, but not sure where the large soda $0.5 from as I only said regular Pepsi. I know we should talk to the cashier on the spot but honestly not bother given their “welcomeness” , just be careful when you place the order with them. Not sure if it matters if you are local or tourists. Food is mediocre, but I craved Yoshinoya since we don’t have it in Canada.
