Weiterlesen Nice place in Waitsfield! All vegetarian or vegan. The mint salad is a must and there are enough coughs for two. Portions are very generous. The food was very fresh and delicious. My beloved son loved his meal (veggie tacos and pad thai). We would come back if we were in Waitsfield. And unlikr some of the hyped places in the area, Mint takes reservations.

Last time I went there, the menu had changed a lot. all these really great dishes were gone, and the one option she had at that time was not available. they made me a bit more vegan, which was appreciated, but was not ready to compare with what they had before. probably lost their vegan chef? I had ordered eggs and cheese soft, so they didn't get dry. Pancakes were fluffy. Always look forward to going to this place when we get out of town. The service was friendly and thorough.

Weiterlesen My wife and I had eaten several times in the original don sanchez and it was always very good. this was our first visit to the new location under new property. the change of location was a great improvement. eating is excellent, but the menu was a bit too haute cuisine for our taste. many raw fish we don't care, but this is just personal taste. the grilled sea bass was quite good, but again I was not a fan of the beet quinoa that it was served. my wife had the braut and it was excellent. we tried a few of the tacos and would recommend surfing and shaking. margaritas were great, but small. we were disappointed that the menu does not offer suppe as starter. the free appetizer (rawfish) was beautiful and brot and butter a beautiful note. the waiting staff was very nice, but too much wobbled. they stayed very close to the table the whole meal. the best was live music! on Saturday evening they have three male singers who are fabulous. they sound like il divo and sang a beautiful sortiment to songs, mostly Spanish, but also English. they alone are worth a visit to don sanchez.
