The hostess came over several times letting us know about the table not ready due to the previous people not leaving and kept apologizing, but we only waited around 10 min so that was fine. Very good experience. They are great at customer service.

I realize upstairs was not open, but there was a table available downstairs that we were not offered. Also, the steaks were less than the best, as they usually are!
