We had a wonderful time great food, lively conversation, and friendly service. The food was fresh and delicious. So glad we stopped at this local establishment. Reminder they only take cash.

The menu is varied with something for everyone's taste but the cook specializes in Vietnamese food. Meals are fresh, hot and colourful. Prices are very reasonable. They do not have a liquor licence. Open for lunch and dinner, until 8 PM), Mon. Sat. Get there early for lunch or you will have to wait for a table.

Desuden et lille fad med 4 stk deluxe, som smagte ubeskriveligt meget af fisk. Pris ca 1200kr. Vi har spist på restauranten og hentet Take-Away mange gange. Vi har været meget tilfredse hver gang. Denne gang er vi knap så glade. Rullerne virker ikke friskrullede og der er sparet på fisken, så inside-out ikke dækker rullens overside. Desværre virkelig fald i kvalitet siden ejerskifte. Vi kommer ikke igen pga skuffelsen. Restauranten kan umuligt stadig bære prisen som DK’s 2. Bedste sushiresaturant. Ærgerligt da det ellers var vores yndlingsrestaurant til sushi- aften

Weiterlesen Not too far from the Ḵay Llnagaay Centre museum is the beach front community of Skidegate, and it is also home to a number of interesting totem poles, including several in front of the homes of current and former chiefs and a community legacy pole located in the park that runs along the beach front. Of course, eagles, ravens and crows abound. Across from the park is Dave’s Take–out, where any visitor to Skidegate must enjoy at least one meal – perhaps more. Great homemade hamburgers, fish and chips (locally caught halibut, of course) and more. You can sit at a table near the take out window or haul your food down to a picnic table across the street and watch the kids swimming or the ravens and eagles looking for food. One way or another keep an eye on your own food since those ravens are cagey and always on the lookout for you to take a break so they can steal from your plate.

We enjoyed pizzas with a medium thickness crust (excellent) garnished with an abundance of tasteful sauce Rosso (red tomato), mozzarella and various meat and veggies. Service was very good and they have an impressive choice of beers too. Would definitevely go back.
