Weiterlesen A friend and I visited Troyes for the weekend from Paris and booked a dinner here. We are not in the habit of spending quite a lot on restaurants, but quite quickly realized that based on the quality and excellence of the dishes, we got a bargain! Food definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff was professional and friendly, and was not grievous when we ended forever (and were likely to leave the last). A highlight of our trip and a restaurant that I would recommend for anyone who wants an exceptional dining experience.

Le plat signature du restaurant « le cochon fermier en promenade à Utah beach » ne tient sa promesse, viande peu goûteux et sauce où l’huître est plus que subtile rendant le tout décevant. Pour l’entrée, le tataki de thon, tres bonne mais quantité un peu décevante au regard du prix. Service tres agréable par ailleurs
