If you really want five-star food and service, the Sea Change restaurant is not disappointed. It is “sustainable seafood” and raw bar have served us both fresh and unique dishes every time. For anyone who lives in the Twin Cities and desire exceptional food with fish as the presented dishes or visit here, the Sea Change experience is worth the extra price! We do not believe that exceptional food and service at comparable prices for typical dishes. The creativity of chef and staff deserves a special outing and drinking. We had the same server more than once, and found it really most pleasant and helpful. I recommend trying the tuna tars, oysters and shells if you are between appealing Entrée options. The staff gave us suggestions for accompanying drinks and we found their advice right. We give Chef Tim McKee and Culinaire a high praise for the atmosphere and how this restaurant turns out to serve both the local community and those outside the city visitors who are looking for something unique and good. For cocktails, the toes in the sand and Snow Cone are fantastic orange drinks. Especially on a cold frost day they served some of the best chocolates we had. Parking is not a problem and we love eating through its huge and beautiful windows. We brought guests 3x and each party really enjoyed the experience and expressed their appreciation. We want to return now that the Guthrie has taken up again!
