Weiterlesen Service is very standard but their kitchen is open till 12.30am which is great Bbq rice roll was the best I've had it came out fresh and was really tasty Preserved meat clay hot pot was ok, it was not traditional as the rice was not crispy around the edges and lacked flavor, it also took really long to come out to our table.. I would come back for a late night feed though.

Weiterlesen Late booking for my sister's birthday dinner. for the first time at glass and every step of the way, service was professional. the personal was friendly and it was a nice, nice touch at the end of our dinner when they presented my sister with a birthday contract. I have read some critikens and reports that the employees of the sydney restaurant go out of the way to be friendly due to the effects of covid luredowns, but my observation is that the workers in glass are really friendly, certainly those I had encountered. prices are comparable to those of other restaurants. I'd be safe to eat there.

Weiterlesen I visited Haigh's for the first time this weekend, and I'm already a little obsessed.<br> The one downside is that the store isn't very spacious, so you can't take too long browsing the shelves when it's busy on a weekend. That aside, the chocolates are amazing. I tried one of their truffles, the dark creme brulee flavour. The truffle was so rich and creamy, but also full of flavour. I also bought the dark chocolate kokettes (which comes in a pack of 4 for $5.95) - the dark chocolate melted around the marshmallow is delicious and the marshmallow is light and compliments the chocolate well. The chocolates are definitely expensive, but they're worth it in my opinion.

They have 4 PowerPoints for those of us who want to get some work done with their coffee and brekky. I made a horrible mistake by ordering a caramel latte, although the coffee was tasty and I thought I had a sweet tooth this morning, it was wayyyy to sweet, I drank it holding my breath, for those who like caramel lattes you will definitely find this tasty. The eggs benney was tasty with perfect eggs on a nicely, I think buttered, sourdough. The sauce however wasn't as flavourful as I would've liked, but has a rich thick texture compared to other cafes. Overall had a pleasant experience here and would consider coming back for their coffee if I was in the area.

Fortunately there are lots of great options in Chatswood, which is really becoming something of an Asian food Mecca. District Dining is amazing for example, Ippudo, Tim Ho Wan and others all under one roof. Or else Mamak just across the road.
