Weiterlesen Usually Chinese/Sushi Buffet all-you-can-eat places have a lot of types of food and you can even feel full just by looking to all the available food. This place is not the case: it as enough variety for you to have a decent meal with a good value for money. They have a selection of meat, shrimps and vegetables including mushrooms that they grill on the spot for you plus a very nice selection of sushi and sashimi. The atmosphere is very nice and family like. We visit on a Friday night and it wasn't packed but even if would be you would still feel comfortable because it's a small venue, maybe for 20 to 30 people only. If you are in the mood for Chinese or Sushi and in the area I recommend.

Being a customer for more than 20 years gives a status that other might not feel straight away but don't worry, I'm sure you will be treated nicely. Usually is the place where our oldest group of friends chooses to have a nice group dinner with a lot of laughs. It feels like home! My favorites are the Crispy Chicken with almonds and Shrimp with pineapple (comes in loads of sweet sour . The only thing it needs is a renovation of the decoration but they never stop : .

This is the best Portuguese Patisserie in a 25 mile radius for sure and once you all the cakes and other amazing treats they have for you, you will think you diwd and gone to heaven. Specially if you have a sweet tooth. Get ready for a massive queue but its worth the wait!!

We were presented with a very good service and samples that have sweeten our appetite to buy them. I definitely recommend this one a must stop.

This place is for working people that want a decent meal as cheap as possible so you will find here Taxi Drivers, Builders, Mechanics and a lot of Foreigners from a close by Call Center that delivers and receives international calls. This is what Portuguese call a Tasca, not in a degrading way but that you will not find a Gourmet service but instead a practical, quick and effective service. Very often you will seat next to a stranger (if you get a seat) or you will eat standing, also next to a stranger because usually is packed. I would love to know where places like this are in other capital cities so I hope a lot of you travelers that want cheap and good comfort food will appreciate revealing a local secret in Lisbon!
