Weiterlesen I am very upset with the staff , Yogi, who took my order. He sneakily took Rp 100000 from me during the exchange of cash stating that I only gave him Rp 50000 for an order of Rp 120000. I was quite sure I gave him Rp 150000 but because of language barrier, I was not able to state the fact. Then, he also took my order incorrectly. I wasn't happy at all with starting my day this way, especially I know this kind of cash changing trick some cashier's use. I do hope that this branch review their cc tv at 830 am on 6/23 and hire better staffs as it is not only the image of Starbucks he spoils, he also spoils the image of Indonesian people.
