They do have vegan and vegetarian option and you can ask to have gluten free bread (unfortunately not mentioned in the menu). They can prepare the burger and the bun in a separate place upon request. Belgian fries are given with all burgers. You can even find gluten free beer.

In the main menu, gluten free items are written (and sandwiches can be done with gluten free bread too). Unfortunately it is hard to say about cross contamination, because everything else contains gluten. There is only one chocolate cupcake that is gluten and lactose free.
