She didnt know what to say, so the manager/supervisor came on and recommended the pretzel burger. I have a sensitivity to dairy, and told them I needed NO CHEESE, NO DAIRY. They said they could accommodate that. That is what I ordered. He confirmed mustard and some other sauce. Great, I like it saucy. Then, they offered a drink or a Frosty. Again, sorry, no dairy. I did not order a drink. I pulled up to the window to pay and get my food. First, they handed me a soda. I am looking at it like, why did you hand me a soda? I did not order a drink. She took it back. Hopefully they got a new cup for that guest. They gave me my burger and fries. I get home and unwrap everything. I am now looking at this. There are barely three drops of their sauce. Disappointing! It 's dry. Then I see a slice of cheese when I ordered NO cheese! Now I had to open up the burger, pull bacon off the melted cheese and scrape off all the cheese. I couldn 't get all of it off, which means the rash on my face will resurface if I eat it. I give the male supervisor/manager a 4 for great customer service but a 1 for lack of order accuracy follow through, the cashier a 2 for giving me the wrong order and lacking a smile and cheer. Finally, the food: 1 for giving me cheese on dry burger. Final score 1.75.
