Weiterlesen My wife and I go to the Bay Bridge probably twice every 3 weeks just for the parmas! At $15 for the parma and pot it is brilliant value. But it is not just cheap the food is excellent. The chicken parma is cooked FRESHLY! Not like in most places where they par cook it and basically recook it when someone orders it and it dries out! Here, they cook it freshly to perfection. The outside is crispy and the inside of the chicken breast (genuine and not conglomerate rubbish) is moist and succulent and not at all dried out. The chips are also superb! Crisp, crunchy and hot having also been freshly cooked not like some places where they have been cooked and left sitting under warming lights and are limp and soft. You seriously have to have the parma!

If you like spicy, try the Steam Rice with Eggplant, Dry Beef and Beans or Tempeh (your choice). Ask for some fresh chilli and Kecap Manis. You're welcome. It tasted a little bit cinnamony and it reminded me of a sugar cookie. It was not as hard as a normal cone and didn't quite have a crunch but so good none the less.
