A pleasant eating experience to catch up with friends. Four of us shared a banquet, wine and conversation. The food was freshly cooked and to our delight contained an abundance of vegetables. All the dishes were very tasty, service was fine and the bill was very reasonable for the amount we ate. A pleasant mid range experience. nothing flash but clean and presentable.

Absolutely blown away by the standard of the food. Hosts were lovely and attenditive. We had a perfect first meal in Evian and would recommend this restaurant to everyone traveling to the area.

Checked into my hotel a bit late on a Friday night and was looking for a place for dinner. This restaurant was tight down the street from hotel. Quite small maybe 20-25seats), discreet, with a cozy atmosphere. I braved it and popped in to...see if they could accommodate me. The waiter was extremely nice, found me a spot right away then walked me through the menu. The chef apparently used to work at a 3 star restaurant and recently opened this place on his own. Menu changes daily and there are only 3-4 choices for each course. The waiter was clearly passionate about food and wanted me to have a great experience. I had the beet salad to start, a delicious fish with mushrooms for the main and an amazing chocolate dessert. All fantastic. With 2 glasses of a great white burgundy he recommended bill came to about 75 euros. Great value for the best meal I ate in 6 days in Paris. I was the only American eating there, all rest were French, but I was made very comfortable and felt right at home. Highly recommended!

This was my father 's favourite. We visited with friends to mark his recent passing. We were extremely disappointed. It seems the chef of Lucullus had also died and the replacement IMO is not in the same class. I skipped appetisers and had carre d 'agneau. It...was tough and sinewy to the point that I had to ask for another, sharper knife. My mother had red snapper she reported it as OK . She had a selection of desserts giant portions of different things, rather than little tastes as before. The cheeseboard was very disappointing tiny slivers of not very appealing selection. Six goat and only three cow. The best part of the meal was the amuse bouche a fried quail 's egg and a foie gras brullee. The bill for four came to EUR 260. Not bad value but I understood this restaurant, in the home of Joel Robechon, was aiming for a Michelin star they are a long way off. I can only assume the pictures on this site are from the previous chef.

It’s been nearly 18 months since I discovered Taste of Bangladesh in Manuka and I still love it!. The prices are still absolutlely amazing – curries start at $14, rice and breads are about $3, entrees $7-9, sides $2-3, desserts $4.50 and BYO corkage for wine or beer is free!. Shafique has cooked at many Canberra restaurants and it’s easy to see his great passion for sharing his dishes.

Came here on a Monday night. the service was excellent. we tried the tasting plate. while I didn't like all the dishes they were cooked well. it was a personal preference why I did not enjoy all the meals and not the quality. the parts were perfect. good wine card and location was pleasant. we sat outside. many rooms between tables so felt crowded
