A very refreshing change from the usual offers in Colombia. The owner has an excellent formula for providing a variety of menu, offering many different cuts of meat to which you want the sauce, the potatoes and a salad or ratatouille. It also has the Risotto-Down-Pat, which starts again with a very good base to which the seafood is added to your choice. Pretty simple formula and pretty tasty, but don't expect a Michelin star. We had some appetizers that were exceptional and of course the Crème Brule was good. As I said, he has a formula and it works.
