This is after waiting a while before leaving to pick it up to give them a chance to make it. The app says it?s ready and I arrive ten minutes after it?ssuppose to have been ready and it hasn?t even been started. Not only that, there?s usually a line of people waiting to placetheir order and the lady insists on attending to them before starting my mobile order. Then, when I explain that I ordered awhile ago, certainly before the customers arrived, she argues that she?s the only one attending the store and then proceeds totell the other customers that some customers don?t understand.
