Weiterlesen That was our fifth visit to Rosewood. We live in Detroit, although I'm from Chagrin Falls and husband from West Branch. We stayed in the city for an event in Hiram and wanted to eat here to complete our weekend. I don't have to late after reservations and so accept one for 8:45. We came to 7 and thought we were sitting at the bar and to our surprise we sat right away. I enjoyed the Chicken Anna, hubs had the 16 oz Delmonico special and we ended up with the absolutely raised and velvety crème brûlée. Both are perfectly prepared and delicious. Rosewood does everything right. The staff ensures that you have everything you need without being intrusive. The old stone walls and plush fabrics create a cozy environment and, while you are close to your neighbors, just don't notice anyone except at your table. We are pleased that RG has survived the pandemic and we look forward to our next visit!

He is more than just talented; I told him I'm a vegan and he's adapting the recipe for me without affecting the taste. My partner tried out his non-vegetarian dishes and he was in awe with all.
