Weiterlesen I called them up on October 7th late afternoon to make reservations for October 9th and they said they will be open on that day and will reserve for my 8 person party. When I showed up the restaurant was closed with a sign saying they are taking a day offfor Oct 9th and Oct 10 for Thanksgiving. Would have been nice if they would have let me know about it rather than have me andmy friends come from all around GTA to waste our time and travel expenses. We ended up scrambling to find an alternative planwhich ended up with our group breaking up into smaller groups and headed to different restaurants. Very disappointed by theservice here.

Nice staff. We ordered Tandoori on the rocks, Lamb Shank with butter naan and T-bone steak. All the items were delicious. Lamb shank was a bit salty. The sauce in the Chicken on the rocks makes it mouthwatering. I got deceived by the lookthough thinking the amount of chicken was not enough. But then found plenty of chicken covered by the rice ????. My daughterliked the T-bone. However, if washrooms were a little better, i'd give five stars. I'd like to go there again.

I don 't know what the problem was but I won 't be back. My friend also ordered a Mama burger, theorder was wrong. More training required at this store. We usually enjoy your burgers not today. Very disappointed.

Only looked to be 1 staff member working and the other two playing on their phones inthe back. Only one washroom was in service and extremely dirty. I don't understand how a franchise such as A&W can let their Franchise Owners run their good name straight into the ground. Looks like they will sell their franchise to anyone and haveabsolutely no quality control. Not to mention God forbid you use an A&W.ca coupon. They look at you like you are stealingstraight out of their very own pocket. Unbelievable.

Tap to pay available, washrooms and the cafe itself is very clean. Will visit again!

Die Qualität des Schnitzelbuffets am Sonntag hat leider nachgelassen. Für 11 Euro pro Person noch in Ordnung, aber nicht mehr so reichhaltig wie früher. Wenn man nach dem Essen spazieren gehen möchte, befindet man sich nach wenigen Schritten in der freien Natur. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Tür vorhanden.
