We were taken there by friends for Sunday lunch (34€ and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our friends have been going every year for 30 years and know the ropes. In order not to get too inebriated with all that wine, one doesn 't necessarily have to finish each glass. There 's a vase in the middle of the table to tip any you don 't want into. It 's also correct to rinse one 's glass between wines (maybe with a little of the next wine that arrives . For the minor courses, the server pours half glasses, and takes the bottle away. On the two main courses, the whole bottle is left on the table. As others have noted, it 's a degustation meal. There are no choices to make take what comes and enjoy! (Oh, and find a non drinker to drive you home!
